I created a ticket, when can I expect an answer?

Most tickets are seen by your assigned Technician the day they are submitted.However, depending on our workload, we may not be able to get back to you immediately. Remember, we try to address our tickets as soon as we can and in many cases your Technician is handling multiple locations and projects.
