My document camera isnt displaying

-First make sure it is turned on.
-Then check all wires. Some have USB cables to your computer, others have VGA cables that go directly to your projector. Make sure everything is snug, you may need to re-seat the cables into their locations.
-Some times a restart of your computer will help. Please try this.
-Make sure you're using the correct software.

Sometimes you can type "camera" into the bottom left search bar on your computer and use the native Windows Camera app. Make sure to select the correct camera on the right when the app opens.

If it still isn't working, please submit a ticket, as a faulty cord or cable could be the culprit.
